Brooklyn's Prime Window Cleaning Opens Fall Bookings for Combined Window and Gutter Service
Brooklyn-based Prime Window Cleaning has launched fall appointments that pair exterior window washing with gutter clearing ahead of seasonal freeze-thaw cycles.

Prime Window Cleaning, a residential and commercial exterior maintenance company based in Brooklyn, announced in a press release that it has opened fall bookings for a combined pre-winter window and gutter service. The seasonal offering pairs exterior glass washing with gutter cleaning in a single appointment for homeowners in Brooklyn, the surrounding New York City boroughs, Long Island, and New Jersey. According to the company, the combined service aims to help residents schedule affordable exterior work before low temperatures make outdoor maintenance more difficult to arrange.
Property owners across the Northeast commonly schedule exterior maintenance during the autumn months because falling leaves accumulate in gutters and freezing weather can disrupt cleaning and repair efforts. According to the National Weather Service, as cited in the announcement, freeze-thaw cycles typically occur across the region from late fall through early spring. When gutters remain clogged during those cycles, water can back up around rooflines, entryways, and building foundations, leading many homeowners to clear their gutters ahead of the first hard freeze.
Opening bookings in the fall, the communications head noted, gives residents time to plan maintenance while the weather still permits and allows them to combine tasks that would otherwise require separate visits.
Under the new fall program, crews clear leaves and debris from gutters while washing exterior glass on single-family homes, townhouses, and low-rise residential buildings during the same visit. Performing both tasks together reduces the number of site visits and lowers the amount of coordination needed from property owners. The company stated that its technicians use equipment suited to each building's height and access requirements, including tall ladders, bucket trucks, and rooftop access gear when necessary.
Homeowners scheduling appointments through the company's Brooklyn location can request a single seasonal visit or set up a recurring maintenance plan, such as once or twice a year. Customers can also ask to add other exterior work, including pressure washing and light fixture cleaning, to their scheduled appointment. Founded in 2002, Prime Window Cleaning also provides gutter protection and related exterior maintenance services.
Press Relations, Head of Communications at Prime Window Cleaning, said in the release that many homeowners wait until the first cold snap to address their windows and gutters, when schedules are already tight and outdoor working conditions are more challenging. Opening bookings in the fall, the communications head noted, gives residents time to plan maintenance while the weather still permits and allows them to combine tasks that would otherwise require separate visits.
